Behavioral interviews are a common form of job interview, and they can be practiced and polished ahead of time! A STAR (situation, task, action and results) framework allows you to explain past experiences in an organized and concise manner. In this practice-oriented workshop, we will review the basics of STAR and then break into groups for practice. We will invite group facilitators with offers from top consulting firms and other industries to lead the practice. This is a phenomenal opportunity to also do networking!
